INCTR has an office in Tanzania at the Ocean Road Cancer Institute in Dar es Salaam.  It is directed by Dr Twalib Ngoma, who is also the director of the cancer center.  The office coordinates three programs in Tanzania - cervical cancer screening the treatment of Burkitt's lymphoma and palliativce care.
