INCTR's Palliative Care Program is dedicated to making end-of-life care more widely available in developing countries.   Model programs are established through a variety of training approaches for local physicians and nurses selected to provide palliative care.   In addition, each program serves as a regional training center in order to continuously increase population coverage, and includes elements relating to ensuring that opioids are accessible to patients in need, and also ensuring program sustainability.
